1. Return Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

2. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Special refund conditions may apply to items purchased during promotional or discounted periods. In such cases, these items may be non-refundable or eligible for store credit only. 4. Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photos and a description of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
