All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed and shipped within 48–72 hours after payment confirmation.
Every order comes with a tracking number that will be provided once the shipment is dispatched.
The estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delays due to customs or external logistics issues are beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Our products come with a 90-day warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
